Our History
Lingoda is a Berlin-based online education company founded in 2012. In 2020, the company launched qualification and integration courses for international medical professionals—including nurses, physiotherapists, midwives, surgical technical assistants, anesthesia technicians and doctors. Since then, it has successfully prepared over 8,000 international healthcare professionals for their entry into the German healthcare system.
We focus on providing a closed, high-quality educational pathway that prepares international healthcare professionals for the German labor market through a single-source model. The approach combines maximum flexibility through online, offline, or hybrid formats with data-driven progress monitoring and a diverse team of native and local teachers. Ultimately, Lingoda streamlines the integration process by bridging the gap between language training in the home country and state-funded professional qualification in Germany, ensuring a smooth and sustainable transition for both talents and employers.
